1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ProFlow360 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ProFlow360 ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

ProFlow360 is a job site photo documentation platform that allows you to capture, organize, share, and generate reports from photos and videos taken at construction sites, properties, and other field locations.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Workspace Content

Workspace content belongs to the customer or organization that controls the workspace account. The account owner administers billing, teammate access, and retention for photos, videos, voice notes, inspection records, reports, and other content uploaded by workspace members. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service, including syncing across devices, generating reports, and sharing with team members you authorize.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or spam

6. Free and Portfolio Unlimited Plans

ProFlow360 offers a free tier with limited features and a Portfolio Unlimited subscription for a workspace account. Free accounts are limited to 100 photos per property. Portfolio Unlimited is an auto-renewable subscription that includes unlimited team members, properties, photos, reports, inspections, and sharing for the subscribed workspace. Current prices, subscription length, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. App Store purchases are managed in your Apple Account settings. Web purchases are managed through the Stripe billing portal from account settings. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProFlow360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
