Book a demo
Twenty minutes against a real unit
Product demos are usually a tour of a dataset built to make the software look good. This one works better if you bring a turnover that gave you trouble.
- 01
Your turnover, not our demo data
Bring a unit that recently turned over — ideally one where documentation was awkward. We build the template against it live so you are looking at your own rooms.
- 02
Capture on a real phone
We walk the iOS flow including what happens with no connectivity, because that is the part most likely to decide whether your field staff actually use it.
- 03
Review, report, share
What the office sees when the photos land, how a PDF report comes out, and how an expiring link works for an owner or a resident.
- 04
Straight talk on what is not built
We will show you where comparison, classification, and evidence packages currently stand rather than demoing a mock-up as though it shipped.
Prefer to try it yourself first? The free plan covers three properties and a hundred photos each, with no card required — plenty to run a genuine inspection before talking to anyone.
Before you book
Who this is a good use of time for
We would rather tell you it is not a fit than spend your afternoon proving it.
A demo is worth booking if you manage residential property at roughly 100 doors or more, move-out charges are a recurring argument, and your inspection photos currently live in more than one place.
It is probably not worth booking if you are looking for a property management platform — ProFlow360 has no accounting, rent collection, leasing, or maintenance dispatch and is not adding them. Likewise if you need a PMS integration other than Rentvine today, or if an independent third-party security certification is a procurement requirement, since we hold none.
None of that stops you booking. It just means we will lead with the mismatch instead of working around to it in the last five minutes.
