Billing
Two places to subscribe, one workspace
Where you buy affects where you manage the subscription, and nothing else.
On the web, billing runs through Stripe. The subscription belongs to the workspace, and you manage it from the Stripe billing portal linked in account settings.
In the iOS app, billing runs through the App Store as an auto-renewable subscription, managed in your Apple Account settings like any other app subscription.
Either way the entitlement lands on the same workspace, so the team sees the same thing whichever route was used. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Pricing and billing questions
- Is ProFlow360 priced per user or per workspace?
- Per workspace. Portfolio Unlimited covers the whole account including unlimited team members, so adding a field tech does not change what you pay. There is no per-seat charge.
- What are the free plan limits?
- The free plan covers 3 properties and 100 photos per property. It is a real plan rather than a timed trial — enough to build a template, run a couple of genuine inspections, and decide whether the workflow suits your team.
- Can I subscribe through the App Store instead?
- Yes. Portfolio Unlimited can be purchased either on the web through Stripe or in the iOS app through the App Store. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings; web subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal in account settings. Both unlock the same workspace.
- What happens if I hit the free plan limit mid-inspection?
- Photo uploads for that property are refused once the per-property limit is reached, and the response says so explicitly rather than failing quietly. Photos already captured on the device are not lost — they stay queued until there is room for them or the plan is upgraded.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel web subscriptions in the Stripe billing portal and App Store subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Full terms are on the terms of service page.
