One integration, described precisely
Most software in this market shows a wall of logos. ProFlow360 connects to Rentvine and to nothing else, so that is what this page is about.

Rentvine
A read-only sync that keeps your ProFlow360 property list aligned with the one you already maintain, so nobody retypes an address.
The sync pulls properties, units, and tenants, and reads lease dates to determine which residents are current. That last part matters for inspections: an inspection link should go to the person living there now, not to whoever was there two tenancies ago.
The direction is one-way by construction. The Rentvine client only makes read requests — there is no write path at all — so connecting ProFlow360 carries no risk to your system of record.
Records you created manually are held sacred. A sync will not overwrite, deduplicate away, or delete a property you added by hand. Where a record is linked to a Rentvine identity, Rentvine wins for that identity; everything else stays yours.
What syncs
- Properties. Address and property record, kept aligned with Rentvine
- Units. Unit records under each property, including unit labels
- Tenants. Current residents, with lease dates used to work out who is current
What does not
- Rent, ledgers, and balances. ProFlow360 holds no financial records
- Work orders and maintenance. No dispatch, no job tracking
- Lease documents. Lease dates are read; the documents themselves are not imported
- Anything written back to Rentvine. The connection reads only. It cannot modify your Rentvine data
Roadmap
Everything else is a roadmap item, not a feature
If you are here to check whether we connect to your PMS, the answer is almost certainly no, and we would rather you found that out in ten seconds.
Additional property management integrations are on the roadmap. None are available, none are in beta, and we are not publishing target dates. Sequencing follows demand from operators who tell us what they run.
In the meantime, ProFlow360 works perfectly well with no integration at all. Properties and units can be created directly in the web workspace, and inspections behave identically whether a property arrived via sync or was typed in.
If your system matters to you, say which one and how many doors sit in it. That is the input that actually moves the order.

Questions
Integration questions
- Which property management systems does ProFlow360 integrate with?
- Rentvine, and only Rentvine. We are not going to display logos for systems we do not connect to. Other integrations are on the roadmap, none are available today, and we will not name a date until one is close enough to be worth relying on.
- Can ProFlow360 change anything in my Rentvine account?
- No. The Rentvine client only issues read requests. There is no code path that creates, updates, or deletes anything in Rentvine, so connecting ProFlow360 cannot alter your system of record.
- What happens to properties I added manually?
- They are left alone. Records created by hand are never touched by a sync, so a property you added directly will not be overwritten or removed when Rentvine data comes in. Where a record is linked to a Rentvine identity, Rentvine is treated as the source of truth for that identity.
- Can I use ProFlow360 without any integration?
- Yes, and many teams do. You can add properties and units directly in the web workspace. The integration exists to save retyping an address list you already maintain, not as a precondition for using the product.
- How do I request an integration?
- Tell us which system and roughly how many doors you manage in it, through the contact page or on a demo call. Sequencing is driven by how many operators need a given system, so specifics help more than a general request.
